- The Douglas Tutoring volunteer opportunities are available as usual this month
- The service project for April will be the KSU Blood Drive. Our participation will include having members attend meetings before the blood drive, help spread the word, and volunteer on April 5-9 at the Student Union. This will be a joint project with the newly inducted Chimes members for next year's junior class.
- Members who are studying abroad still have membership status as long as they have paid their membership dues :)
- Each member needs to help encourage students who are applicable to apply for next year's Chimes class to do so by hanging up fliers in buildings on campus and sending out the personalized e-mails.
- There will be an informational meeting for students interested in applying for Chimes on Tuesday Feb. 9th at 7:00 in the Hemisphere Room in Hale Library. Current members do not need to attend.
- There will be an ice cream social for current Chimes members at Cold Stone in Aggieville on Tuesday Feb. 9th at 7:30!! It's college night, so bring your student ID for a buy one, get one for 25 cents!
- The selections process will begin Thurs. Feb. 25th. Members are needed to help rank applications from 5-10pm in Room 123 of Hale Library. Let Nicole Allen or Rebecca Martin know if you can help.
- Two of our members, Danny Unruh and Annie Oliver, are running for Student Body President and Vice President! Please help support them in their campaign by joining their facebook fan page, visiting their website www.dannyandannie.org, donating money/purchasing a t-shirt, and by spreading the word for everyone to vote for them on KSOL Feb. 23-24th for the prelim. elections! Good luck Danny and Annie!
- The campaign kick off for K-State Proud is Feb. 8th at 7pm at Union Station in the K-State Student Union. For more information, visit www.k-stateproud.org.
- Our next meeting is on Feb. 16th at 7:00pm in the Groesbeck Room at MPL. See you there.
