Meeting Minutes 3/23/2010

  • Join the Chimes Facebook Fan page so you can stay in touch with old/new members and get updates!
  • Douglas Learning Center tutoring service opportunities are available each week. This is a great way to help the local community kids and have fun!
  • The Chimes Constitution was reviewed. The updated version will soon be available on the Chimes website.
  • Our joint service project with new and old members is going to be with the K-State Blood Drive. Chalking will be taking place on Sunday, April 4th at 8:30. If anyone can help with that, then meet with Kristi and other volunteers on the north side of the union. If you want to help distribute posters and small flyers around campus, e-mail Carolyn Freeman at cfreeman@ksu.edu, and she can get some posters to you and give you more details! The actual Chimes volunteer day for the blood drive is Monday, April 5th. If you have not signed up for a shift for that day, e-mail Carolyn Freeman at cfreeman@ksu.edu. Once again, this is a required service project for old and new members. Thanks for your participation!
